Leadership Team
Jason Grinstead – President
Jason Grinstead has been President of Care at Home since 2007. Jason’s responsibilities include developing the company’s leadership team, setting strategic direction, determining resource allocation, and securing appropriate financing to achieve organizational objectives. Jason is a member of the Finance and Nominating Committees providing direction to the California Association of Health Services at Home (CAHSAH), as well as that association’s Medicare, Medi-Cal and Licensed Home Health Committees. He has presented at the Association for Corporate Growth and CAHSAH’s annual conference on the topics of value creation through acquisition and effective strategic planning. Jason has BA (Honors) and MA degrees from Oxford University in England, and an MBA (Distinction) from the Harvard Business School. Jason holds the Certified Home Care Executive (CHCE) designation.
Sevil Karavelioglu – Director of Patient Care Services
Sevil Karavelioglu, RN, MSN, has been with Care at Home since 2008 and became our Director of Patient Services in 2011. She oversees all aspects of patient care, including service design, clinical operations, staff development and quality improvement. With a background in pediatrics, Sevil has more than 20 years of health care experience. While with Care at Home, she has developed broad experience delivering excellent home health care by serving as a Visiting Nurse, RN Supervisor and Clinical Case Manager. Sevil has Master’s degree in pediatric nursing.
Stephanie Davies – Director of Human Resources
Stephanie Davies has been the Director of Human Resources for Care at Home since 2008. She oversees the human resources and administrative functions within the company. Her areas of expertise include organizational development, staffing/recruiting, training and employee management. Stephanie has over fifteen years of Human Resources experience and has a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Stephanie holds the Certified Home Care Executive (CHCE) designation.
Lee Ann Wade – Director of Sales & Marketing
Lee Ann joined Care at Home in 2011 as our Director of Sales & Marketing. Lee Ann comes to Care at Home with over 20 years experience in building marketing and sales programs for premium client service organizations. She leads our sales efforts by reaching out to our community to inform them of Care at Home’s excellent services. As part of our leadership team, Lee Ann plays an important role in crafting the development of our world class organization. Lee Ann has a BA in Political, Legal and Economic Analysis from Mills College.
